Week 3 ♥ Hand rose, responsibility came!

Today is the day that I waited for about 1 week of time, I am totally burst with excitement as today is the day that we will meet 40 Sahabat from Ampang, Kepong, Cheras and Selayang respectively. Yet, we will be picked by one of the Sahabat to continue the project. It’s actually shocked me as this seems like a big event that we cannot take it as a normal activity
.
What’s happened next? We will be picked by
one of the Sahabat according to the place that
we had chosen. However, when it’s the turn
for Ampang’s members, me as the group leader
needs to walk down and waiting for either one
Sahabat said “I Want You!” *laughing* In the
meantime, I was actually very worry that no one
of them will choose me. Waiting and waiting,
it’s still has no one choose me! It was so scary.
When the next Sahabat taking up her mic and
said she worked as a Tailor and she wants
volunteer to choose her with interesting in
tailor. Then, I was like with impetuosity, I raised
up my hand. Well, when hand rose, the
responsibility came.
I bring Sahabat to the place we sit, and start to communicate with her as we want to know more about her. As, in the group, only me can speak Bahasa Malay fluency, so I feel that there is only me can understand what Sahabats has said. The major obstacle is the communication with Bahasa Malaysia language between us and Sahabat is differs greatly. With a rigid emphasis on the unorthodox application
of presentation, I strongly knew that our Sahabat is actually misintepreting the meaning we wished to convey to her but we feel so warmth as she is still trying to continue our conversation
with a cute smile. Her corporation makes our conversation getting smoother and smoother. The sweet smile from my Sahabat was the first impression that I get from her.
We have some interaction with our Sahabat through
the activities that has planned by Miss Kelly and
Mr. Sam with the AKPK and AIM. Basically, for me,
today is the first day I meet with my Sahabat, Kak
Hasanah (I called her as Kak), and get in touch with
her, her business and her family. Throughout this
conversation, I realized that actually my Bahasa Malay
not as fluency as I thought when speaks to Kak
Hasanah, but it will be the chance for me to further
improve my speaking skills. Secondly, I feel proud to
Kak Hasanah as she has 7 children with her and the
elder son is actually cannot talk and has a problem
on listening. However, Kak Hasanah still can manage
to cover all the expenses that give out and take care
of her family by herself. It makes me feel want to
know more about her during the visitation. Therefore,
I am looking forward to the visitation days.
